Main Duties of Investment Support Offices

  • Conduct analyses, reports, and strategy studies on the business and investment environment of the province.
  • Carry out inventory studies related to the investment climate.
  • Provide information and guidance to investors.
  • Cooperate with relevant institutions and organizations to improve the investment environment.
  • Monitor investments.
  • Promote the investment opportunities of the province and attract investors.
  • Carry out tasks related to state aids as defined in the legislation.
  • Follow up and coordinate, on behalf of the agency’s board of directors, investors’ permit and license procedures and other administrative processes before the relevant authorities.
  • Conduct information and reporting activities.

Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA) was established under the coordination of the Ministry of Development by the Council of Ministers’ Decision dated 14 July 2009, based on Law No. 5449. Following the abolishment of the Ministry of Development through Decree Law No. 703, it was attached to the Ministry of Industry and Technology by Presidential Decree No. 1.
